Application Software " Mobile App", including all content provided by business buddies through business buddies Application and the business buddies site, the "Business Buddies Service Portal", or the "Service", and you ("you" or "you"), a user of the Service. All The Platforms Provided by the company are completely free for you to use. The company is going to charge you some percentage of your income from there
Business Buddies company is charging you the fees for the training provided by the video of the service you are taking on the Business Buddies site and the portal provided to work. Whether you promote with the promotion link on the site of businessbuddies.online or not is only up to you. The company is giving you incentives for the promotion done by you and the user or client who came through it. It will depend on the company to pay less, more for the promotion in future.
If you add business buddies on the platform for free, then you are allowed to work on the whole site. You can earn money by working there. But if you want to build your future, and want to earn more money. So for that, if you refer people and get them associated with the company. And even if user is joining for free now, You will continue to get incentives for the work done by him in future. Whatever net income the company will get from only local ads and social media ads in the future.
Even 25% on that is going to be distributed among all its active customers. That Amount coming here/ the money of ads will be equally distributed among the referrer and active member.
Business Buddies, at its sale discretion, reserves the right to terminate the account of any marketing associate caught in violation of the term and conditions without notice. Business Buddies reserve the right to change the terms and conditions at any time and you agree to abide by the most recent version of this terms and conditions each time you view and use the website and/or businessbuddies.online leads and/or training material. do not use the website and/or businessbuddies.online leads and/or training material if you do not agree to all of these terms and conditions.

Third party liability.
Business Buddies willing no way be liable for the actions of third parties that may in any way cause member harm.

TERMINATION/ETHICS/Cancellation
Any distributor acting unethical or Unprofessional may be removed without refund at the sole discretion of business buddies with all future commissions or lead and/or training usage for feinted. The distributor's subscription can be canceled by business buddies at any time. Any distributor acting unethical or Unprofessional may be removed without refund at the sole discretion of business buddies with all future commissions or lead and/or training usage forfeited. Any distributor that is cancelled /Terminator will forfeit all benefits and privileges associated with business buddies. Any positions held in participating programs owned by business buddies will also be Forfeited and ownership will be reassigned to business buddies.
Relationship of parties
While the parties shall work hand in hand for the benefit of both, the parties acknowledge and agree that the distributor shall, from a legal perspective, act as and shall be an independent contractor and not an employee or agent of business buddies. Nothing in this agreement or these terms and conditions shall create a partnership, joint venture, agency, or franchise between the parties in the legal sense of these terms. the distributor shall not sign any document in the name of or on behalf of business buddies nor shall it hold itself out as being an agent business buddies or as having apparent authority to contract for or bind business buddies.
DISPUTES
Agreement shall be interpreted under the laws of the country of incorporation for businesses buddies any disputes made with financial processors for purchases made will result in immediate termination of the distributorship account within business buddies.
AVAILABILTY
- Business Buddies will use reasonable efforts to make the Application available at all times. However, you acknowledge the Application is provided over the internet and mobile networks and so the quality and availability of the Application may be affected by factors outside company(Business Buddies) reasonable control.
- Business Buddies does not accept any responsibility whatsoever for unavailability of the Application, or any difficulty or inability to download or access content or any other communication system failure which may result in the Application being unavailable
- Business Buddies will not be responsible for any support or maintenance for the Application.
SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
- In order to use the Application, you are required to have a compatible mobile telephone or handheld device, internet access, and the necessary minimum specifications ('Software Requirements').

Any distributor who engages in chat, email, postings or any other medium, content that is deemed damaging to business buddies and or its employees and or fellow distributor will be terminated from business buddies. depending on seriousness, business buddies may deem it appropriate to exercise legal action. Business Buddies strictly prohibits the use of use or spam. the enforcement is at the sole discretion of business buddies and for the benefit of all distributors. distributors proven to be participating in such activities will have their account Terminated and they will forfeit any and all content or future commissions

It is the responsibility of distributors to keep their personal records up to date at the member's area. business buddies will not be responsible for communication error due to incorrect or out of date contact information. continued failed attempts to make contact with you may result in the termination of your account.
The Customer agrees and consents that the Company has the right to use and disclosed his/her data for the information sought by governmental agencies or under applicable legal provisions and for the COMPANY business requirements, and further agrees that the Founder/ Customer has no rights to claim, sue, or approach for any Legal remedy for such disclosure.
TAX
You, the distributor, are responsible for any and all taxes table in your resident domicile or jurisdiction, for any income you receive either from business buddies or any leads sold via the business buddies’ website.
NO WARRANTY
All leads, trainings act. is provided \as is \ and without any warranty, express, implied or otherwise, regarding its accuracy or performance.
NO ASSIGNMENT/ SEVERABILITY
Distributor may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under this agreement without the prior written consent of the other party. Distributor and business buddies agree that if any portion of this agreement is found illegal or unenforceable, that portion shall be severed and the reminder of the agreement shall be given full force and effect.
Limitation of liability; Sole and exclusive remedy; indemnification*
You agree that business buddies are not responsible for the success or failure of your business or your business decisions relating to any information presented by our company or our company products and or services
ACCURATENESS Of information
Business Buddies makes no representations as to the accurateness or reliability of any advertising message or marketing tool offered through any referral, outside company or on this site. while we believe the people / companies we work with to be honest and ethical, we recommend you do your own you due diligence relating to any specific claims or promises made in the marketing message, as it relates to your use and purchase.
CROSS SPONSORING / CROSS RECRUITING
Cross sponsoring, cross Recruiting and cross line jumping are prohibited as per the complete terms and conditions and the distributor agreement.\cross sponsoring\ means soliciting a distributor or any closely related person or entity into a down line different from the existing down line for that associate, or a closely related person or entity. \Cross jumping\ means an associated or any closely related person or entity voluntarily taking a business that is not in the same downline as the one in which the distributor first was placed. crossly related person or entity \ is any person in the household of the distributor [ spouse, son, daughter, parents living in the same household] or any legal entity which is controlled by the distributor.
INCOME REPRESENTATION.
Distributor shall not make any income representations except those set forth herein or otherwise specifically set forth in official company material.
A Direct seller shall not.
- Not use misleading, deceptive and / or unfair trade practices.
- Not use misleading, false, deceptive and / or unfair recruiting practices, including misrepresentation of actual or potential sales or earnings and advantages of direct selling to any prospective direct seller, in their interaction with prospective direct sellers.
- Make any factual representation to a prospective direct seller that cannot be verified or make any promise that cannot be fulfilled.
- Present not any advantages of direct selling to any prospective direct seller in a false and / or a deceptive manner.
- Knowingly make, omit, engage, or cause, or permit to be made, any representation relating to the direct selling operation, including remuneration system and agreement between the direct selling entity and the direct seller, or the goods and / or services being sold by such direct seller which is false and / or misleading.
NOMINEES
The company is also giving a nominee system here. In case of any miss happening, he/she can send his/her documents or by coming to the company office they can get the account transferred in his/her name by giving his/her documents. Which you must have given in your account. Looking at his activity, the company will give him the option to keep the nominee further.
SPECIAL NOTICE AND THANKS
The company provides you videos for your success by watching videos of many international people, among them which are easy and best for you to learn and earn money. Which also saves your time, and at the same time, you may not be aware of this, so you are looking for those videos directly. For which the company also thanks him. Time to time, videos will also be provided to you by the company. Which will help you move forward. That company will continue to do it for you.
Force Majeure:Neither Party shall be liable in damages or have the right to terminate this Agreement for any delay or default in performing hereunder if such delay or default is caused by conditions beyond its control including but not limited to acts of God, government restrictions (including the denial or cancellation of any export of other necessary license), wars, insurrections and/or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the party whose performance is affected (including mechanical, electronic, or communications failure).
Counterpart: This Agreement may be executed either as a single document or in one or more counterparts, each of which when executed and delivered shall constitute a duplicate original, but all counterparts together shall constitute a single agreement. The Effective Date of this Agreement shall be execution of last party as counterpart.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF for adequate consideration and intending to be legally bound, the Parties hereto have caused this Agreement to be executed by their duly authorized representatives.
